Yep, do not be tempted of eating more than enough of your body or else you will have to exercise more. You need to burn your calories as much as you can and should you like to do so, take a fat burner supplement to get rid those needed to be burned. And you know then what will be the effects if not. And worse, if you will get obese. Geeezz.. Well, this is just an unsolicited friendly reminder for you and myself. Ha ha! Oops! Just kidding aside but seriously. ;-)
