Many people drink caffeine for what they consider a good reason: to stay awake to finish an important job. Who can criticize someone dedicated enough to stay up a little later or get up a little earlier for the sake of a worthwhile project? But while coffee may help get you out of a tight situation, the benefits don’t come free. In fact, here are the reasons to stay away from it. You will still be tired eventually. Your addiction will get stronger and it doesn’t make you work more efficiently.
Knowing you can work with coffee makes you less effective during normal waking hours. And it may convince you to take on more work than you can handle. After all, coffee will always be there to help you make it through, right? But you can get more done during the day if you know there’s no crutch to fall back on when you get sleepy. Thus, break with your coffee habit.

October 28, 2012 at 5:17 AMthis is the reason why i lessened my intake of coffee. i used to drink 3 cups a day because i needed to do work even late at night. the habit finally took its toll so i eventually took in less work and i only take coffee in the morning not because i need it but because i really love the taste of coffee. ;)- Bless said...
